Band Profile Melodee Rockmore is a singer-songwriter and performing artist from Petersfield, Hampshire. Currently at Number 3 in the UK Unsigned Charts, Melodee is due to release her debut EP "Don't Lecture Me' on Swagbag Records. After touring the UK and playing several international dates last year, Rockmore and her band are quickly developing a reputation for a highly energetic and passionate live show. She has just been nominated as 'BEST LIVE ACT' and 'BEST SONG' in the EMA Awards 2009. She has also received widespread industry support - and has had airplay and press in the UK, USA, Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Russia...including being featured on the front cover of the Daily Mail Magasine 'SEVEN' - a spot previously occupied by the likes of Angelina Jolie and Cameron Diaz. Melodee and the band already have a lot of gigs and festivals lined up for 09 - so try and get down to a show! |
